Reuben’s Choice offers several arrival options for the convenience of our guests.
The Farm and Bioreserve has a designated airfield and helipad available for the exclusive use of Reubens Choice guests. Prior arrangement is essential, and an indemnity form must be completed and submitted via email to info@reubenschoice.com prior to arrival. Use of the helipad is entirely at your own risk. Reubens Choice does not maintain airband radio – please phone to coordinate your arrival. Airfield option: Please contact the reservations team in advance to arrange the airfield transfer.
Cape Town International Airport (CPT) Transfers:
We offer private road transfers from Cape Town International Airport for the comfort and convenience of our guests. The scenic journey to the 6,500 ha Anysberg Cape Karoo Bioreserve takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions. The final approach includes gravel roads, and a high-clearance vehicle is recommended. To arrange your transfer: Please provide your flight details when making your reservation.A professional driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board. Transfers are operated in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles (sedan or SUV/van depending on group size and luggage).
Montagu Pickup Option:
Guests staying at or arriving in Montagu can be collected directly from the Montagu Hotel. Please advise your arrival time at the hotel when booking your transfer.
Prior arrangement is essential due to the remote location of the reserve. Please contact info@reubenschoice.com or phone the reservations team to confirm your transfer and receive detailed gate access instructions.
Alternative options:
Self-drive rental vehicles are also popular. We recommend a vehicle suitable for gravel roads and will gladly provide detailed directions upon request.
